I’ve always been fiercely independent — a rule breaker, a rebel, a woman who walked her own path.
I travelled the world, made my own decisions and refused to conform to societies expectations.
From the outside, I looked free.
But inside… something was missing.
I was disconnected from my body.
From my voice.
From my pussy, my womb and my intuition.
I was disconnected from my deepest feminine truth.
I wasn’t silencing my wildness completely, but I hadn’t met her in her full power yet.
The sacred, sensual, primal part of me was still buried beneath years of conditioning, trauma and shame.
Like so many women, I was never taught how sacred our bodies are.
No one showed me how to honour my bleed, speak from my womb, or trust the deep knowing in my body.
I was given a pill and a warning: don’t get pregnant.
And so I internalised the belief that my femininity was something to manage, not celebrate.
I lost my virginity at 14 and spent years giving my body away to feel wanted, hoping it would fill the emptiness inside.
I had sex that didn’t honour me.
I drank and disconnected to numb what I couldn’t yet name.
I said yes when my body was screaming no, because I didn’t yet have the tools, the voice or the embodiment to speak my truth.
Even though I was independent, I wasn’t sovereign.
I was still searching for my power outside of me, when it had always been within.
It wasn’t until I began doing the deeper feminine work— somatics, breathwork, sacred rage, cycle awareness, sexual liberation, and more, that I truly started to come home to myself.
I learned to regulate my nervous system.
To create safety in my body.
To reconnect with my pleasure, my voice and my power.
And this is where Wildly Embodied Woman was born—from my own journey of coming home to my body, awakening my feminine power and reclaiming every part of myself I’d once disconnected from.
It’s the space I wish I had when I was finding my way back to me—a living, breathing school for your feminine awakening, where you are guided, supported, and celebrated as you step into your most sensual, expressed and unapologetic self.
