Full Moon in Leo – A powerful time to release what no longer serves you and align with your true, radiant self

Join us for a transformative online Full Moon Breathwork Journey on Thursday, February 13th, where we’ll harness the potent energy of the Leo full moon to release self-doubt and embrace your authentic self-expression.
This session will guide you through a deep, heart-opening breathwork practice designed to help you release limiting beliefs, reclaim your inner confidence, and step into your full, unapologetic power.

Under the light of the Leo full moon, known for its boldness, creativity, and fiery energy, we’ll explore how to:

This Full Moon is the perfect time to clear away emotional baggage, release the inner critic, and embrace your creative potential. Whether you’ve been struggling with limiting beliefs, feeling unsure of your path, or simply craving a deeper connection to your authentic self, this session is for you.

The style of breath we use is circular, rhythmic breathing in and out through the mouth. This method induces changes to the physiology of body, which allows us to journey through different brain wave states and tap into altered states of consciousness. There are contraindications to this style of breathwork so please ensure you read the waiver carefully on the booking page. 

A breathwork journey is approximately 1 - 1.5 hours and includes an introduction, the journey, and a post-breath integration + sharing circle.

Location: Online via zoom. A booking link will be provided upon confirmation.

You will need a quiet space in your home where you can comfortably lie down and where you won't be disturbed.

It is recommended that you have a yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on (even your bed is ok), a pillow for under your knees, a blanket, a water bottle and a journal and pen.

You will need either a speaker or a set of wireless headphones. Wireless headphones are recommended as it makes the experience more immersive and blocks out any outside noise.

You will need to have your phone or laptop set up in a place where I will be able to see the upper half of your body from your belly to your head, from the side on view or above.
